(March 20, 2014) Last December, the UN and UNESCO proclaimed 2015 as the International Year of Light. Countries preparing for this event through their scientists and professionals in the field should ask themselves: Do they have innovative ambitions in the lighting of their cities, when the profession of lighting designer is not associated with the event?
