Lighting industry: we must give back to the people of Lyon (the Lumières) what belongs to them

(December 3, 2013) The Batho amendment, on the extinction of public lighting at night, continues to weigh heavily on a lighting industry that is more than a century old and is experiencing an unprecedented upheaval. That of the transition from incandescent lamps (sodium and fluorescent sources) to intelligent lamps (LEDs). Shouldn't we refocus lighting policy on its natural stronghold, Lyon and its region?
