Energy Transition: The French Lack Interest in the 2020 Responsible Building Regulations

(April 8, 2013) 200,000 people visited one of the 450 sites opened in France on March 29, 30, and 31 for the first Energy Days. By comparison, for the two Heritage Days of the 2011 edition, there were 12 million visitors... Can we consider that the French are more concerned about the future...
