Poland: Agreement for innovative urban projects between the city of Koszalin and its University of Technology

In Koszalin, a municipality with a population of 107,000 in northwestern Poland, local authorities and the university have launched collaborative projects for the creation of a Baltic Centre of Competence and Innovation, which includes the construction and equipment of a modern information center with a library and a demonstration of global achievements and scientific achievements.
