Santiago de Chile, the smartest city in Latin America

Santiago has been ranked as the smartest city in Latin America, according to a ranking by the Spanish business school IESE Business School. This is the first time that the Chilean capital has topped this ranking, which takes into account nine dimensions: human capital, social cohesion, economy, governance, environment, mobility and transport, urban planning, etc.
