A cidade portu\u00e1ria alem\u00e3 de Hamburgo lan\u00e7ou o projeto ELBE em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com uma ampla gama de parceiros. O objetivo \u00e9 instalar 7.400 pontos de carregamento privados para inquilinos, propriet\u00e1rios de apartamentos, funcion\u00e1rios e seus empregadores, lojas e empresas, mas gerenci\u00e1-los de forma descentralizada. ELBE significa "ELectrify Buildings\u2026" (Electrificar Edif\u00edcios). <\/p>\n
