Em 2018, o tema Cidade Inteligente estava na boca do povo nas autoridades locais francesas. Mas parece que nossos governantes eleitos ainda pensam em n\u00edvel nacional, n\u00e3o em n\u00edvel europeu. E por um bom motivo: enquanto na Fran\u00e7a existem parcerias apenas entre grandes cidades europeias, em outros lugares podemos encontrar exemplos... <\/p>\n
