Het gebouw bevindt zich op een unieke en snel transformerende locatie in het centrum van Hongkong. Luchthaven Kai Tak was van 1925 tot 1998 de internationale luchthaven van Hongkong. Daarna werd het gesloten en vervangen door een nieuwe, grotere luchthaven in Chek Lap Kok, 30 km verderop. <\/p>\n
