De Duitse havenstad Hamburg heeft in samenwerking met een breed scala aan partners het ELBE-project gelanceerd. Het doel is om 7.400 priv\u00e9laadpunten te installeren voor huurders, appartementseigenaren, werknemers en hun werkgevers, winkels en bedrijven, maar deze decentraal te beheren. ELBE staat voor "ELectrify Buildings\u2026" <\/p>\n
