In 2018 was het thema Smart City bij alle Franse lokale overheden op de lippen. Maar het lijkt erop dat onze gekozen bestuurders nog steeds op nationaal niveau denken, niet op Europees niveau. En terecht: terwijl er in Frankrijk alleen samenwerkingsverbanden bestaan tussen grote Europese steden, zijn er elders voorbeelden te vinden... <\/p>\n
