In 1998 wijdde het Franse tijdschrift voor sociale dienstverlening een speciaal nummer aan de impact van nieuwe technologie\u00ebn op het maatschappelijk werk. Aan het begin van de 21e eeuw belichtte deze publicatie de uitdagingen en kansen die gepaard gaan met de toenemende digitalisering van de sociale dienstverlening, en besteedde tevens aandacht aan de ethische en professionele aspecten voor maatschappelijk werkers. <\/p>\n
