Sinds 2022 staat de Europese Publieke Groep voor Architectuur- en Stadsprojecten (GIP EPAU) centraal in een nationale documentaire missie over territoriale transities. In samenwerking met het initiatief POPSU Territoires betrekt dit programma onderzoekers en lokale belanghebbenden bij het documenteren van de veranderingen in kleine steden en plattelandsgebieden in Frankrijk.
