Apeldoorn en Brummen liggen in het middenoosten van Nederland, zo'n dertig kilometer uit elkaar. De Energiekoplopers is een samenwerkingsverband tussen de gemeenten Apeldoorn, met 160.000 inwoners, en Brummen, met 21.000 inwoners. Sinds 2019 werken beide gemeenten samen aan dit smart grid-project. Het doel is om slimme energienetwerken te ontwikkelen die\u2026 <\/p>\n
