La ciudad portuaria alemana de Hamburgo ha puesto en marcha el proyecto ELBE en colaboraci\u00f3n con una amplia gama de socios. El objetivo es instalar 7400 puntos de carga privados para inquilinos, propietarios de viviendas, empleados y sus empleadores, comercios y empresas, pero gestionarlos de forma descentralizada.
