En 2018, el tema de las ciudades inteligentes estuvo en boca de todos en las autoridades locales francesas. Pero parece que nuestros funcionarios electos siguen pensando a nivel nacional, no europeo. Y con raz\u00f3n: mientras que en Francia solo existen colaboraciones entre las grandes ciudades europeas, en otros lugares podemos encontrar ejemplos... <\/p>\n
