The German port city of Hamburg has launched the ELBE project in collaboration with a wide range of partners. The goal is to install 7,400 private charging points for tenants, apartment owners, employees and their employers, shops, and businesses, but to manage them in a decentralized manner. ELBE stands for "ELectrify Buildings\u2026 <\/p>\n
