In 2018, the Smart City topic was on everyone's lips in French local authorities. But it seems that our elected officials are still thinking at the national level, not the European level. And for good reason: while in France there are partnerships only between major European cities, elsewhere we can find examples... <\/p>\n

Et pour cause, si\u00a0 en France il y a des partenariats uniquement entres grandes m\u00e9tropoles europ\u00e9ennes, ailleurs on peut avoir des exemples... <\/p>\n
