Sensortechnologie kann lokalen Schutz vor Unwettern bieten. Die Provinz Rogaland im S\u00fcdwesten Norwegens hat eine allgemeine Klimaplattform f\u00fcr lokale Hochwasserwarnungen implementiert, die sich derzeit in der Entwicklung befindet.
