Die deutsche Hafenstadt Hamburg hat gemeinsam mit zahlreichen Partnern das ELBE-Projekt ins Leben gerufen. Ziel ist es, 7.400 private Ladepunkte f\u00fcr Mieter, Wohnungseigent\u00fcmer, Arbeitnehmer und deren Arbeitgeber, Gesch\u00e4fte und Unternehmen zu installieren, diese jedoch dezentral zu verwalten.
