Im Jahr 2018 war das Thema Smart City in den franz\u00f6sischen Kommunen in aller Munde. Doch unsere gew\u00e4hlten Amtstr\u00e4ger scheinen immer noch auf nationaler und nicht auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene zu denken. Und das aus gutem Grund: W\u00e4hrend es in Frankreich nur Partnerschaften zwischen europ\u00e4ischen Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dten gibt, finden sich anderswo Beispiele \u2026 <\/p>\n

Et pour cause, si\u00a0 en France il y a des partenariats uniquement entres grandes m\u00e9tropoles europ\u00e9ennes, ailleurs on peut avoir des exemples... <\/p>\n
